When I did an earlier picture of Kitty Jo of Cattanooga Cats [link] I noticed that she was dressed exactly like Daphne Blake. It is like they got a discount on purple and green paint.

Well Kitty Katswell of TUFF came dressed as Kitty Jo. Some villain has thought she was dressed as Daphne and tied her up and left her in the closet.
