This is reinking and coloring of my WCB Pokemon Candice godzilla713.deviantart.com/#/a… At first it took me awhile to recognize the art.  He did a great job which he describes "I just (badly) inked and colored. The things I do while bored lol."  If this is bad, we have very different definations of bad.
