This was based on some one who has left DA, he has asked that his name be removed. Too many people faved it to be replaced so I just redesigned the picture story. The story Dr. Doofenshmirtz lose a contest to Phineas, instead of waiting years to get bitter and plot his revenge.

He has kidnapped Isabella and is making his call to Phineas.
